Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Authority for Government Supervision is conducting an online customer satisfaction survey to evaluate the quality and accessibility of services provided by government institutions.

This survey is taking place in accordance to Government Resolution No. 43 of 2025 and will be available from 23 to 28 February 2026.

The results will help survey will AGS understand service of government institutions in past year and to identify what needs to be improved in the future.

Citizens, businesses, and non-governmental organizations that have received services from government institutions are invited to actively participate in the survey.
